Doctor Dent Protection
Program offers a 3-Year Plus certificate of unlimited protection from
annoying and costly door dings and small dents. This Protection saves
time and money normally spent at the Body Shop.
Repairable areas are defined as
and limited to exterior vertical body panels. Paintless Dent Repair
(PDR) is a process, developed by automobile manufacturing community,
that uses specialized hand tools to gently push the dented metal back to
its original form. This permanently removes door dings and minor dents
without harming a vehicles factory finish. A PDR Technician will inspect
the “ding or dent” and verify if the damage can be repaired by PDR
Methods, before the work is performed. If the damage to the vehicle is
not repairable by PDR Methods, no coverage will be offered.

(Conditions and Limitations) Repairable areas are defined as and

your benefit you must call 1-886-705-1524 prior to any work performed.
Doctor Dent NY Protection Program (Exclusions) We do not provide
coverage for: Large or deep dents. Dents that are inaccessible due to
the following:
- The existence of
after-market equipment, or
- Where such after-market
equipment or the installation thereof has altered the original
vehicle configuration, or
- Edges where it is
determined that the manufacturer's bracing does not allow for
the PDR process. Repairs to creased metal or any area where the
paint is damaged.
